Interview, appoint, appraise and evaluate staff

Help raise funds (write proposals, contact donors and sponsors)

Overall management and development of SSLC
Staff
Our staff are deliberately motivated to own the programme and be proud of their training and knowledge. They get training-on-the-job from those more experienced and/or are professionals. They are required to pursue higher education and training from time to time. Incentives are given for dedication and special achievements.
