Roles include: 

  • Uphold vision, mission, goals and programs of SSLC

  • Promote SSLC nationally and internationally 

  • Interview, appoint, appraise and evaluate staff

  • Help raise funds (write proposals, contact donors and sponsors)

  • Overall management and development of SSLC

Staff

Our staff are deliberately motivated to own the programme and be proud of their training and knowledge. They get training-on-the-job from those more experienced and/or are professionals. They are required to pursue higher education and training from time to time. Incentives are given for dedication and special achievements.
